When our family moved to Los Angeles, we brought with us the rich flavors and traditions of our heritage. Starting small, we began making tamales out of our garage, just like grandma used to, and selling them on the streets of our local neighborhood. Word spread quickly, and soon our tamales became a local favorite.
Before we knew it, our humble family business expanded to farmer’s markets across the city. The demand for our tamales grew as more and more people fell in love with the authentic taste of Jalisco. It wasn’t long before we opened our first location right here in Pacoima, where we’ve been proudly serving the community ever since.
